Welcome to the first blog post for the Real Time Manager Software.
Real Time Manager is an Online Management System created to help manage your company and help it keep track of all of its operations. The software is currently tailored to the Locksmith profession.
Real Time Manager sets out to solve the problem that you can’t be everywhere at once, but with Real Time Manager overseeing jobs can be easily done from one location.
Filing and keeping track of paperwork is tedious, time consuming, and creates a lot of clutter. But with Real Time Manager you can replace all of those piles of paperwork. With Real Time Manager’s software all work orders are entered and stored online in a database , with the ability to see the completion status of each job , who is assigned to a job , the location of a job , etc. Real Time Manager also offers many reporting features.
See commissions due and owed, see parts lists and item costs, see financial reports on clients and employees , as well as their contact information.
Real Time Manager has integrated Google Maps services into the software, so that you can see maps of your employees work sites, distances to other work sites ,and traffic conditions. And it is now possible to
track the locations of your employees through GPS Tracking on GPS enabled cell phones.
